Jujutsu Kaisen: Manga Volume 2 Review! PATREON EXCLUSIVE!

*HEADPHONE WARNING*

It's time to dive back into the Jujutsu Kaisen manga and this volume was a LOT of fun to go back to parts I had forgotten, but y'all, the FORESHADOWING in this one was delicious! I can't wait to talk with you all about it and Gojo's aversion to Ichiji...what did he do to you, good sir?!

Thank you for watching with me and for all the support!

I could see that with Sukuna x Megumi! That's a dynamic that is just ... Interesting. But thank you for the comment and kind words!! I appreciate it and can't wait to get further in the manga!

I'm a manga reader for Jujutsu Kaisen and recently I started reading the manga of Chainsaw man (haven't read other works of Fujimoto) . Really agree when you mentioned about the similar warped sense of humor of both mangaka's. I also feel that paces of both Jujutsu Kaisen and Chainsaw Man are also very fast comparing to other manga's in general. If you don't pay attention when reading, you'll easily miss small details. BTW, there are doujinshi's out there of Megumi x Sukuna ... power bottom, quite minor though.

Ooooohhhhh, that makes so much sense with the "boss" moment! Thank you for that intro! And ahhhhh, that's very interesting to know that about the curses -- I'll have to pay attention to that for future volumes! Thanks for all that and the comment!

About the 'Boss' thing with Jogo and such, in season 2 during Jogo's Death scene Hanami mentioned how he appointed Mahito their leader, so they're referring to Mahito as the 'Boss'. An interesting detail you can take note of while reading through the manga is the curses people carry. When the text is in a black box (example in Volume 1, when Yuji recalls his Grandfathers words of 'Help People', it's white text in a black box) it symbolises the curse the characters carry, either put on by themselves or others. In the anime, it's a lot more subtle but in the manga there's a visual indicator! I find it to be a narratively cool detail ^^
