New SFW request rule addition
I'm putting a restriction on SFW requests:
Max limit to a request is 2 characters in one pic.
You cannot request 2 characters in one pic back to back.
I might make exceptions if you have not requested in long while.

I added the text and effects to help highlight the "in heat" part of the request and I'm wondering if I should be consistent and keep adding them to all other drawings since I do kinda like them.

When asked if I can do lactation, I thought it meant sucking on the boobs. But since the request didn't actually have any sucking on it, it just means 'milk'.
I've never actually drawn 'milk' so...I did my best attempt at it.
