Hey guys, I was really sick last week. I wasn’t making many videos or focusing on gaining and lifting. Was getting lots of bed rest and fluids. I’m now starting to feel a lot better. Hoping to get back on the gain train this week. My boost arrives today too.

I hit 198lbs empty today. Just moved Into the new house I am flipping, so ive been busy getting settled in. Also had a bit of a cold (tested negative for Covid yay).
