Its a Wearable Wet Sweaty Cloth Iteam. Use it in shower bath or gym scene. try to combine variation and modify cloth material to your liking.

EyeBall Shadow is a cloth item which adds shadow to eyes because VAM's eye don't have any shadow at all. There are few Preset available.
Tear WETlINE add those wet highlight on lower eyelid see last pic.
