Draped in what appears to be a coat made of moss and dry leaves underneath, the young faun cautiously approach the boys. Faun tries to communicate with him and showed him the map and the symbol that led them to this place.
At last, deep in the middle of a snow-covered forest, they stumbled upon a set of ancient stones. Faun walked up towards the largest of the monolith and placed his hand upon it. "I'm home." They encounter very few travelers along the path, but still they pushed on. Even as the last leaves of Autumn falls, and the air grew colder.
Faun could feel it, they were close to the end of their search.
The boys push further north, towards the unknown realms, where the last days of Autumn is upon them. Many woodland inhabitants - big and small, now make their final preparations for the coming Winter.
The next day, the boys hopped on a boat and headed upstream. Along the way, they pass by a half submerged demon guardian statue - remnants of an ancient civilization that once thrived around the river valley.
Forest Doggo got separated from the boys when they were exploring the boat market. He wandered into an antique store where he finds a peculiar mirror....

I might be a little too ambitious with the next piece for Owl Mage.... But yeah, I'm close to the end of this art prompt and I could not be more happier to move on to other new stories in this format next year.
