Gains!

I got fatter! I'm totally empty this morning after a couple normal eating days for accuracy, and I'm an even 380 pounds! That's a few pounds added since starting, but what's really wild is my waist measurement has grown by 2.5 inches since I measured last week before my binge day (see the video)....
