And we're back. Some of you have probably noticed Kai's mom's teaching philosophy. I think it's a healthy way to learn things as long as you have support.

This one took a bit more time than expected. It also changed quite a bit from my original plan. I was going to do a simple sequence, but it turned into a strip comic. Oh well, I hope you like it!

I wanted to establish how nervewracking it is to cast these early spells. For those wondering why he immediately forgets when he casts a spell but not when his mom casts a spell, I'll go into that soon (though you might be able to guess)

Speaking Test

I was experimenting with different things. I did this one fairly quickly. It's a bit too uncanny valley at this moment, but it might make for some fun videos once the technology gets better and I get better at using it. Let me know what you think.

A good way to understand Kai's/Kimi's mom's attitude is that she views it similar to teaching how to swim. It can be scary at first, but as they become more comfortable in the water, it becomes much safer and easier to navigate.
