I really loved this one. To finish off January, I decided that the toony TFs are going to be for all tiers above Sleeper, lewd or not.
And I'm going to do a few more. There's lots more leaguers (and maybe villains looking to take advantage of the chaos) that Mxy can transform in toony way...
