Here's the latest version of this experiment. This time with a bunch of options for you to play with. This is a Windows only app, although I imagine you can run it on other systems using something like Wine. Should be simple enough.
I've finally updated her model (only seen in images 3 and 4) so I'll be posting her Blender file here at the end of the month, for those of you considering the Avian Elite 🎖️ tier. At the moment, the updated version only has underwear and tights.

The outlines are a combination of Grease Pencil and a camera projection, so they only work when viewed from the main Camera. Make sure to have N-Panel > View > Camera to View to get the effect in the viewport at all times.
