I postponed this one because I had to do some more tricks to update it.
Added autonomy addon, similar to how the autonomous propose and ask to be boyfriend work, NPCs will be able to ask autonomously to have a romantic relationship with your played sims.
Added:
Henford mayor, grocery owner, pub owner, critter tender, garden shop owner (let me know if this gives problems) and grocery delivery
