Hi everyone! I'm alive! Haha! My back seems to be getting better. It's far from 100, though. I'm wearing this compression belt because it gives some support.
I went for a massage today, thanks to one of my very dear and generous fans. Then I went to the chiropractor for an adjustment, and ...

Throwbacks to last October..
I'm resting and recovering from throwing my back out. I hope it heals soon, because it's quite painful. I can't really do anything at the moment, so I'll post throwbacks for a bit till I'm feeling better.
