[EDIT] This is an "animated painting." Elements of the painting (the pecs) are animated by morphing and blending between multiple paintings. Pectoral growth. No Deluxe content availble.

Here is a still image from the higher quality rendering of Living Flex. The skin material now has sub-surface scattering, the motion blur is better, the hair looks better, and the floor has diffused reflections.
