Hey everyone!  It's been a while..  I've got Naomi's muscles working..  They follow her bones..  I'd show you but right now she looks line one of those muscle anatomy illustrations (except animated).

MoCap Retargeting

Not very exciting...  But here's a look at the retargeting process.  The original MoCap data as you saw in the light blue rig was transferred to this new rig..  A rig that can be resized if need be.. (though it doesn't).

Motion Capture Update

Okay so I just had a Skype call with tech support.  They confirmed that the head connector is dead, but everything else is working fine.  I will re-record the Naomi animation and then just manually animate the head.  Muuuuch better.

He will be sending me another harness so for futur...

I just recorded the motion capture for Naomi's first animation.  Unfortunately, the upper torso, head and legs did not record.  I tried it several times.  The harness they sent me may be defective.  What a pisser!

Sorry this is taking so long to finish..  I had gone and dislocated my left shoulder.  I don't even know how I did it.  I just woke up one day and couldn't rotate my left arm without burning pain at certain angles.  I originally thought it was a pulled muscle and it would go away...
