If she's not trying to pose or show off, Lilly usually just looks...massive. When she started lifting, she weighed 95 pounds. Now, with a BMI that's roughly what her bodyweight used to be, Lilly technically hasn't been able to walk for most of her adult life. She's really good at waddling though....
