Actually i'm not sure what pondolotl's skin is. Axolotl's are amphibians, which don't have scales to my knowledge, but its definitely a bit terrestrial looking. Couldn't say for sure i guess.

Peckapi doesn't ge ta lot of love! It isn't quite long enough in the neck or flexible enough to stick its beak all the way in there though, so some bendy behind-the-wing twisting was the best i could do to make this happen.
