Improved cute hat technology

Decided it would be fun (and solve the need for back-facing sprites for all the hats, during the player's melee2 animation) to have the hat pop off his head from time to time. Had to go with the purple witch hat, given the season~

My best new feature, hands down. Better than rewind.

You'll be able to use the gems you pick up in levels to buy some no-gameplay-impact stuff. Firstly, hats. Recolors of the player character as well, probably! It's not totally done yet, i'm gonna make it like jump off his head when he does...
