Fresh eyes make all the difference, the big fella has had a bunch of tweaks done to move away from the overly humanoid first pass. Main things are the torso is longer and thicker now, smaller legs with more exaggerated frog limb lengths, slightly larger feet and a little bit of dental work.
This is where I'm at so far with the Slaad and the extra toad direction, I think it looks pretty cool! still needs all the gross warts and details but it's a good starting point. I'll look at it with fresh eyes tomorrow and see how I feel about the overall proportions and probably make some tweak...
