Alright so I finally decided to hold my breath and just jump straight into Adobe Animate and see if I could wrap my head around it. IT WAS SO FRUSTRATING but I managed to get this out, surprisingly. 

Needs a lot of work but I'm just happy I was finally able to practice lip-sync stuff properly...
