With the transformation complete, his girlfriend comes home and due to her new sexy look, her GF falls for her instantly as they smack a wet one onto each other ;)

The truth is revealed that Sans's mother used to be his father who ended up with the same fate as Sans. Minx once again tries to offer them another wish but Pixie isn't having it.
This causes Minx to change her tactic one final time >;3
Minx seems to have briefly taken control of Sans's mind to rig the last wish.
