OK, it took me about three days, but I think I've got the broken links fixed. All 342 of them. Boy, that was a mess. Some were easily replaced, some had moved, some were gone but were still in the Internet Archive, some were gone for good. There are a couple that Xenu reported that I can't seem to...

I'm slowly working my way through the web pages, fixing broken links. I'm doing the pages alphabetically. I'm up to the "E"s so far, on the "Engine List" page.

Boy, that was embarrassing. Xenu found no less than 44 bad links that were "page-local" links, that is, links from one section of the Atomic Rocket website to another. Sloppy of me. Yes, Xenu Link Validator found about 342 broken links. That's closer to what I figured. I'm starting to fix them but this is going to take a while. Especially since for some of them I'll have to find replacements.

I've fixed the link rot that LinkChecker found (only 18?), I'm re-running LinkChecker to see if it is satisfied, and I'm reading reviews to see what other link validator I should try. I want to run a second validator to cross check, since 18 bad links out of 22,802 seems a bit small to me.
