I have been slightly banging the drum on this lately because of the set up and in my last two updates I set out clearly why I believe this is looking good to reverse.

The variable here is that it is also influenced by the HSI but that chart too is looking like a bounce is coming next.

Very solid response from last weekends update where it finished the week below $200, bulls stepped in and used the 200 MA on the 1hr chart as support and recaptured the $200 level.

We can see that the price consolidated very well above the 0.5 - 0.618 Fib levels and have now bounced in this Wave 3.

This will show you how inversely correlated the US 10 YR and $TLT are....we can see here that the US10YR is testing its own 200 Day MA from above now, the opposite to $TLT and we can also see that the 50 Day MA is moving up to this point too.

$TLT is at a very important now in the PM.

Price has managed to hold a higher low support on the 0.78 Fib at $90 and has bounced back up to the 50 and 200 Day MA, which are at the exact same point at $93.70 in the PM.
