I have had some people ask me to add a new tier, but im not sure what to include in that tier
If you have any ideas in mind let me know, would cost anything from 40-50$ (ofc it will include everything from the tiers below it.)

Yuumi buffs is really good , its what she needs, i already rate yuumi good in soloq as its so unskilled and always makes one of ur champs be able to carry. Also aggro supports are nerfed alot so u are safer.

Jinx nerf hurts her lane a bit and comeback potential with steals, but not big enough.
Guinsoos buff is cool, further buffs onhit adcs like kogmaw abit, but you dont even go this item all the time
i am fully aware that kogmaw is good with lulu etc, but kogmaw himself is not that good ...
