I said I was going to do shorter chapters this week in the interest of having a backlog, then I decided that I needed these particular chapters to be longer. This one is almost 7K words. So, maybe next week.
Just a note on chapter length: I keep trying to get ahead on chapters so I have more of a backlog, but then I also keep writing longer chapters.
