Here's what I love as well. The seemingly slightly timid but oh so sensual glance. Close quarters paintings are pretty difficult to paint but a smile like that is no walk in the park either. But that's why I like this subject to paint and draw so much.

Most of the time one painting does not come alone. A second one sometimes goes wrong and will not see the light of day, but more often than not one painting causes another one with about the same theme or setup. This one is no exception.

I know this does not make real sense, especially the completely uncovered version, but it is a fantasy and I thought it would make an awesomely good start of 2021 nonetheless.
