I'm currently emailing patreon as images I use or upload dont seem to be viewable in posts. So if you don't see any images, don't worry, I'm having a go at patreon as we speak, if you can see images, lucky you dude!

Broke scales. I stood on them weird and it cracked...which I thought was fine but its a digital scale and it just doesn't work at all now
So no updates for a few days on weight till I have scales again.
