Had a nice bloat, but my stomach wasn't feeling 100% so I didn't push it. The bloat felt good, but I sorta had some stomach cramps🤔 hopefully it'll settle down so I can keep filling up on the regular.
I'm also taking a swimming course this term so this may be the point where the belly star...
