Got my stitches out today...ear is looking pretty good. Still sore and will continue to baby it. Still can't put on a helmet but at least no more medication or pain pills to get through the day. But I can go workout again, so I'll be doing a lot of rock climbing :) In the meantime, here's 3 older...
