General notes:
- As with all skirts in HS2 do not expect it to behave properly, i did what i could besides the limitations.

Almost finished with the second place entry from the last outfit poll. I had a bit more time so i mad the hair and the head accessory as well. Everything is full recolorable and includes separate emission color for the glowing parts as well. (Gaia head mod is used in screenshot)
