Soprano on MANIFEST
Months ago I told you about using the then-new character called Soprano on MANIFEST. She'll make her first appearance on #43 (this page is from #44 though).
Like Tessa, she's the so-called "Blessing of Ruuh". Her power is her voice (duh!)

I'll go with a paler skin. The dark blue for the hair it's ok, but still looking for a better, less obvious choice. The dress is fine imo.
