Castiel and Wilhelm are originally from Kalos and are part of the pokémon rangers of this region. Castiel is retired and has become an Eevee breeder and a pokémon pension manager. Hanako Komyo, was a young rebel woman who transmitted her love of skateboarding to Lucas!
They met in Japan during the opening of an exhibition organised by Hanako's family and where Yves was one of the featured artists!
