I've had this thought for quite some time but recently I was meditating with my therapist towards the end of our session and I couldn't focus on anything else but how my head felt like a lollipop and I got stiffer and stiffer as the meditation progressed. It was not very relaxing. 😂

Do you want tracking for your mail?
$10+ patrons outside India, do you want tracking info with your mail? It takes a lot of time to reach you (sometimes longer than a lot) so I was wondering if having the tracking info would make you feel reassured.
Although, I will have to increase the tier amount by $3-$5 for this. 🤨
