2025-08-02 02:12:39 +0000 UTC View PostLooks like I'll finally be covering SCP-8480 this week. This poll will determine the video for the 11th.

Decided not to put too much effort into the video portion of this one, based on the viewership of the first part. I think this one might be a bit too philosophical for most fans, but I liked it.
2025-07-26 03:25:00 +0000 UTC View PostI'll be finishing up The Steel Soul this week, so this poll will determine the video for the 4th of August. I'm aware that there's a new Murphy Law, but it's quite long and I'm a bit concerned about how much voice acting would be involved.

Managed to get the waveform going without too much trouble. I like these sorts of SCPs if the writing is good, and fortunately HarryBlank is a pretty damn good writer.
2025-07-19 04:57:02 +0000 UTC View PostLooks like I'll be covering SCP-8605 this week. Since it's probably going to be two parts, we'll save the polls for next week.

I think we can probably accept that this one won't be one of my biggest hits. A bit too much technobabble and maybe not enough of a resolution. But it is cool.
2025-07-12 02:24:30 +0000 UTC View PostI'll be covering SCP-7555 this week, and presumably people will think it's part of the phobia series. This poll will determine the video for the 21st of July.

I might have a little submechanophobia myself.
2025-07-05 04:12:33 +0000 UTC View PostI'll be covering SCP-8770 this week. It'll be nice to have another underwater skip. This poll will determine the video for the 14th. I'm aware there's a new Murphy Law article, but it's a pretty big one, probably three parts, and I'm holding off for the moment on any multi-parters.

This one is definitely all over the place in terms of tone, but I think that's good for these compilation videos.
2025-06-28 03:52:26 +0000 UTC View PostWe'll be looking at some more neutralized SCPs this week. This poll will determine the video for the 7th of July.

I like that even though the guys were apparently doing the ritual for good reasons to help everybody, they still had to dress in dark hooded robes. It's just mandatory I guess.
2025-06-21 03:06:37 +0000 UTC View PostPretty clear win for SCP-4612, which is actually the first part of a canon called the Hecatoncheires Cycle. I haven't read through the whole canon yet, so I'm not going to commit to covering it all, but if I do, I'll probably have to release some extra shorter videos for some of the articles. Thi...

I think this one is going to be pretty divisive, as you'll either really dig the format and tone, or you won't, at all. I like it, but I can't help but wonder how this premise would've turned out in a more traditional style.
2025-06-14 03:34:29 +0000 UTC View PostI'll be looking at another apocalyptic SCP this week with SCP-7427. This poll will determine the video for the 23rd.

Decided not to do any artwork in this one, partly out of laziness and partly just to see how much it bothers the general public. I also didn't do any voice acting for the few story sections, as I wanted it to be more like a storybook reading, and I didn't think A'nuht would do voices.
2025-06-07 01:57:32 +0000 UTC View PostLooks like I'll be taking on the Scarlet King this week. This poll will determine the video for the 16th.

Thanks for all the feedback on that earlier post. I went with narrating over the videos, which does lessen the effect, but I understand why people wouldn't want it the other way.
2025-05-31 02:47:14 +0000 UTC View PostFigured I'd reach out to see what the general consensus on this might be. Substation 9 is an article very much in the vein of a creepypasta, and features a handful of videos as part of its narrative. Would people prefer if I pause the narration at certain points to just let these videos play by t...
2025-05-27 20:49:52 +0000 UTC View PostGetting creepypasta this week with Substation 9. This poll will determine the video for the 9th.

A good mix here, even if a couple of them are a bit looser on the temporal aspect compared to others.
2025-05-24 03:36:34 +0000 UTC View PostMessing with time this week with Temporal SCPs. This poll will determine the video for the 2nd of June. Hoping to get a bit more into covering tales, so Substation 9 is on the shorter side to start.

Long video. I'll fill in the description tomorrow.
2025-05-17 04:05:10 +0000 UTC View PostLooks like SCP-7776 is our winner this week. This poll will determine the video for the 26th.

I'm concerned that this one is borderline incomprehensible until my explanation at the end, due to so much being redacted, but I guess that's sort of true of the actual article.
2025-05-10 01:27:24 +0000 UTC View PostAlright, so as mentioned, I'll be working on SCP-5251 this week. This poll will determine the video for the 19th.

I guess I could've done a better job of dividing the two parts, but it's alright. I wanted to use another waveform for this one, but it just would not agree with my computer this time. I probably should upgrade my PC, but I really don't want to mess with what works.
2025-05-03 02:18:18 +0000 UTC View PostI'll be finishing up The Stillborn City this week, and I decided to just go ahead and pick SCP-5251: Flax for next week, as most of the work on it is already done since it was originally going to be part of the Redacted SCPs video. We'll get back to polls next week.

Should be just about two hours in total, so nothing too crazy. Aside from the whole article itself I guess.
