The hair is tricky to get right, use HS2PE advanced mode to adjust them should the clipping bothers you. Like Sawa and Emily she had her neck enlarged and lengthened with ABMX.

Two hair styles included. One is her default SFV costume while the other is from "Nostalgia" costume. Unfortunately both of them can not have the hat removed, since there is no hair mesh under the hat. I also had to make few parts of the hair static because they tend to clip the hat.
