Okay, so this one got a bit out of hand,

So, this one ended up becoming a considerably deeper dive into Kian political theory than I'd intended. It still serves as a primer to how the Kian see Tierran policy, but it also offers a bit of a window into how the Kian academic tradition thinks about foreign policy as a whole.
