The original is 3 years old, and sometimes to warm-up, I go back and mess with old drawings. In the old one, Daphne’s face is too flat, and I’m not sure how I missed it for so long.
Anyway, I like it a lot better now.

Upgraded sketch for a highest tier supporter. I don’t know what to think about what I did here. I often use these sketches to experiment some, and I definitely did her weird, with an extremely cartoony figure, but realistic coloring. Sometimes I dig it, sometimes not.

I honestly enjoy my art in Jackanapes more than most of the other stuff I draw. I don’t often get a chance to draw cartoonish, expressive faces, and it’s one of my first loves. Also, I get to write funny dialogue that makes my wife giggle.
