Whenever I draw Avery I tend to start with either a purple or teal background, cuz they're usually good complimentary colors for him. This time though a darker blue seemed to work out better as I started coloring.

Tried something new with the background on this one. Instead of lining out all the furiture I just roughed in shapes, gave them some minor details with a few limited colors and drop shadows, and I think it fills it out pretty nicely!
