Anyone can now edit and submit translations via Git. I highly recommend learning Git and finding a good PO file editor to contribute, but this is not required. The GitHub repository will be updated periodically with the corresponding game version number.

Apologies for the delay with this one. It might not look like it, but many hours of work went into a new dick correction system that should solve the majority of issues being reported, like dicks clipping out of the receiver's back.
