DragonFire v0.6.6.1 - Rare Texture, Sprite, Structure Fix

Here is a hotfix update for the August Update we released yesterday. This one includes a rare texture for the Parrot Dragon, Sprites which were missing, and then a fix for the structure not spawning in some cases.
