Act 1 - Rough Cut
Here's a rough cut of the 1st act! Most of the shots are animated, but I still need to get more backgrounds completed, and there are still a few scenes (mostly towards the end) that's in rough stage. Still, here's a glimpse of where it's going.

I forgot to record the time lapse when I started doing layouts, so it starts when I'm doing animation and inbetweens, but even then that's still 3+ minutes of material. This one took a while to do, with lots and lots of layers (there's about two dozen just for Kat alone). Still came out nice!

BEHIND THE SCENES: Boards
Storyboards of some of the scenes I've been working on recently.
I don't know how common web animators do boards, but I find them super useful for keeping track of everything. Even rough boards are useful for making sure you don't lose direction.
