My Compressed shirt

Before it was easier to compress my belly and it remained there no problem but NOW doing so it has become difficult to put it on and the shirt now ends up rolling upwards refusing to stay down no matter how hard I try to tuck in under my belly it'll just roll back up and I end up all sweaty.
