August Weigh In 2023

A new month that means it's time for a weigh in, How did I do? Personally I don't think I have done that well with all the moving and settling in and the stress, lack of food and above all the summer heat, it may have affected my gaining for the time being.

Sorry there was a glitch that somehow erased what I typed.

So something came up last minute now. I'm hoping things will be done by 8pm (11pm est)

So I'll start the session some time between 8 pm PST and 8:30 PST (11pm EST - 11:30 EST)
