a note on the lineart reward tier

I'm going to be abolishing the lineart reward perk from the $5 tier. This'll be the last month it's supported.

Exporting the lienart separately from the rest of the image would be a lot easier if my style and approach were a lot simpler, and I didn't regularly do additional image processing...
