I feel like getting past the low 220s has been harder than other weights previously. Might have to get my body used to even more food if I want to hit 230.
Also going to try on some of my old clothes this weekend to see if they still fit.

Back from vacation still thicc
I was visiting friends and family for over a week and I felt like I was in a constant state of hunger the entire time. I didn’t realize how little they ate compared to me lol but luckily didn’t lose any weight 😓
