Star Rail 2.1 Color/Glow fix for Silver Wolf+HuoHuo Cyber Kitty

Looks like the glow effect and color wheel broke for Silver Wolf and HuoHuo in 2.1. I even spent some time trying to make sure it would survive minor changes between versions, but it looks like only the Clara one made it out unscathed.
