Looks like the transparency on some mods got broken again in 4.1 Update.
You can basically attempt to fix these by juggling the match first index numbers in the .ini files for the different head/body/dress/extra sections. This will apply to any broken transparencies - on mine or ot...

All the texturing on the gear still needs to be done, and some small clipping remains, but she's in a good playable state, so feel free to enjoy in the mean time!
