End of the year survey (Public)

As I'm getting ready for the new year, I'd like to gather some feedback and suggestions from those of you who are not currently subscribed to my Patreon. I have some changes planned already for some of my higher tiers starting next year but I would like to see if you've got any suggestions for what i currently offer, or my Patreon account as a whole.
I always try to make sure that my Patreon tiers have a good value to them so I'd like to hear from those who are not currently subscribed to me to see what you would like. What is something that would make you want to subscribe, or what is something that has kept you from doing so?
