So for the next poll only, I wont be including any popular girls like Tifa, Samus, or Aerith.

I don't think "girl collectors" alone can explain such massive domination from a few girls. It's just that people are not going to vote for names they've never heard about.

2021-02-05 23:23:10 +0000 UTCI don't think not knowing them is the only issue. There are two types of people : one makes artists collection's, the other makes collection's of specific girls. Obviously artists prefer having the former, but as a girl collector I think maybe I should share a bit of my thinking. It's that if the best artist in the world were to create the best work of all time, there is a chance I would ignore it unless the work makes me reconsider my opinion about said girl. Nowadays, with all the paywalls it's impossible to make a collection of every girls, so you have to pick wisely and be smart. Collecting DOA girls like Honoka/Kasumi/Nyo is a good idea because there are specialized Doa Artists. If you like Aerith, it's also smart to collection Tifa because the artist you pay will probably also make her. If you buy drawings, choosing a Azur Lane artist is better than someone who switches girls and series all the time. As you never know when you will get a Girl you collection again. Obscure Polls choices also opens the possibility of weird girls like Cartoonish characters winning. Not long ago I saw a popular artist usually making normal girls animate maybe a Disney (don't remember) character that looked like a small child with weird skin color and she had more abs that any human I've ever seen. That's just weird. Sorry for the long post, it's possible there's less people making girls collections that I think so ignore me in the future if what I'm saying is plain wrong!
