VotM Winner & small changes to Patreon rewards

It was a unanimous vote, and I feel the release of the game had a big impact on this. Nonetheless, I enjoy playing with Tifa.

Patreon Reward Changes
So now that I'm getting more comfortable with creating and rendering longer animations in Blender, I feel that its right to increase the animation duration for the Bahamut animations and VOTM animations. And also change the poll voting points.
TLDR
- Bahamut animations are increased to 8 seconds
- VOTM animations are increased to 20 seconds
- You are able to use your votes for more than option (according to your tier)
- If you vote for more than what your tier is given, then I will choose the first option(s)
