experimenting with lighting & flash

I loved how the photographer and I loved experimenting with different professional lighting set ups. which set excites you more? the low light with LED color lights or the vibrant flash vibes? lighting can really change the mood and aesthetic of the entire set and subject.

I think this shoot gives off modern day vintage tortured artist vibes. what vibe do these images communicate to you? these are some of my absolute favorite artistic creations I've ever made. it just feels like real art to me, not just a pretty photo to make me look good, but photos that tell a story and is evocative to the imagination.

thank you to those who understand and see my vision as a creator. much love and respect to u for being here supporting me. I love u so so much xoxo

I like that the lighting adds different elements to these pictures! Like the artistic direction you took :)

I think I prefer the low light, but the sharp contrast with the flash is certainly interesting and visually exciting. I kept getting drawn to the TV Guide (in this post and the others) and the setting in general.

they're both very different looks, for me personally the low light works best. its amazing how they can work the angles too, in some shots here and moreso in the the first set, the angles made your legs look so much longer. Look forward to seeing more shoots like this, with more of a set behind you to give a specific vibe

Both low light and flash offer pretty different feels. Like, the low light, to me, looks like a first person kind of feeling, like a memory of being there. The flash is like looking at photos taken at the party when you're taking pictures to remind yourself of things that happened. The low light you can actually remember and the flash is a stack of photos you flip though and think, yeah...that's what happened...how much did I drink?
