i mean he only started talking about the hard drive in his latest video and there hasn’t been an update since. i don’t think he’s been teasing it at all. the majority of patrons voted for longer episodes once a month. it’ll be another week or two when we hear from ben next most likely. that’s not teasing, it’s just him following what we all voted for.

I could be wrong, but I had the impression at first that maybe Russ was continuing, just on a smaller scale (possibly with a helper or 2), but went extra easy on these guys bc they were YouTubers. But then, the Wolf, I think, described the same experience…I don’t understand why Russ would continue doing this, and sure as hell don’t understand why anyone would want to watch people in onesies doing jumping jacks, while Russ stands there in his sad, worn out T-shirt and khaki shorts with his little chicken legs. Who in earth is at the other end of that live stream?!

Same! I’m in my fifties, discovered this channel after watching the super lame Hulu doc. Then went to Reddit to see if anyone could fill in some of the gaps in the participants’ stories, bc it seemed that a lot of info was left out. Numerous redditors commented that this doc series was far, far better, so I binged the whole series the week before the hour-long climax of the whole thing—which just blew me away! I’m making everyone I know watch it with me. I think I’m old enough to say that I’m just really PROUD of these guys..there are 3 docs about MM I had watched before this, and these guys not only infiltrated, but got Russ to cry “uncle” and then got the info to bring him down, when everyone they interviewed said it was impossible…just really, really impressive!

I think that there are legit crimes on there (like dragging a guy) that can be prosecuted regardless of a waiver and NDA, if the statute of limitations isn’t up yet. I do think the victims deserve a chance at some justice. But I want to see some footage first!!! I want to see Russ with the mask off. I’m kinda surprised by this attempt at retaliation, and that it is Kelly doing it. Honestly, in the series, I got the feeling that she actually liked y’all, but was very annoyed by what you were doing and the position you put her in. I mean, she bought one of your T-shirts!

She's got an almost cult-like commitment to Russ. It's almost like she believes in his inflated ego and finds validation in being a right hand for him. Some people have damage that just makes them particularly vulnerable to landing this way and being manipulated by egotists, no matter how "smart or wise" they may be in other areas of life. This is the sort of thing that can make people commit to blatant self-deception and contradiction. Veteran fans of Reckless Ben might recognize this human pattern from his videos infiltrating some of the more prominent modern cults, which is why I think Ben is the perfect man to expose MM. It could be that Kelly started to believe Ben when Russ reeled her back in, or it could be that she's just desperately clinging to her loyalty to Russ and she's convinced herself that he's doing something good for people, so maybe "the ends justify the means." Maybe this was her plan from the beginning, and maybe Russ even put her up to it. The flipping and flopping IS confusing, but I think the result is that neither one of them will trust her. Russ has been shown to have a bad habit of casting people into the role of "spy" and then disowning them soon after. Maybe when Russ goes down, she'll pretend she was "really on team Ben this wholleee time," but as of now, she still seems fully committed to MM. It would be fun if this were some well-guarded ruse that Ben is playing close to the chest and Kelly really is just messing with Russ at this point, but I don't want to get my hopes up. If anything, Kelly has already helped Ben exceedingly -- by exposing just how brainwashed Russ's following really is.

Hello another fellow Garrett here. I think he used to do that to basically everyone but he has a bunch of pressure on him because of 2 documentary's and exposed channels/groups so he started playing it really safe. Ben really got tortured the most with the water and everything and he even filmed it. They did the chainsaw stuff that no one else got to also. Have these documentary's been released yet?

There USED to be a real "haunted house." As in he had an actual space and props. He has been chased out of several properties and between divorce and losing his employees, the haunt no longer exists. He didn't use to do it solo, and didn't do the physical torture himself. Now all that exists is the exercising nonsense because he only have the rat cage and the drowning box and the freezer left. No one can go in the haunt because it doesn't exist in the same way the prize money doesn't. Hope that helps.
